Vegan Ranch Dressing

Vegan ranch has a ton of great uses in your kitchen! The flavor is spot-on compared to recipes that contain dairy. Still, it is also a healthy alternative that uses plant-based ingredients to create a familiar condiment for salads, veggies, and appetizers.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain oat milk

  • ⅓ cup vegan sour cream

  • ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise

  • 3 garlic cloves, grated 

  • 1 tsp. Salt

  • ½ tsp. Freshly ground black pepper

  • ½ tsp. Granulated onion

  • 1 ½ tsp. dried dill

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives

  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk to combine.

  2. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve or in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
