Busser

Pay Rate: $15/hour

Every well-running engine has essential parts that no one ever sees. This job is great for high school to college-aged people looking to make a few extra bucks.

Tasks will include:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles

  • Clearing and cleaning tables

  • Washing and storing dishes

Server

Pay Rate: $20/hour (Must be 19+ years old)

Servers are the face of any hospitality establishment. You will have the most direct experience with our clients, so it is important to have a kind and professional disposition when working.

Tasks will include:

  • Passing hors d’oeuvres and working buffet lines

  • Setting up and taking down dining tables

  • Helping guests navigate the event space

  • Filling beverages and plating appetizers

 

Prep Cook

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail. Our prep cooks will work 1-2 days before the event to assist Chef Devin Epps in the preparation of food items and equipment.

Tasks will include:

  • Unloading food shipments

  • Breaking down raw ingredients

  • Preparing and storing large scale recipes

  • Cleaning the commissary kitchen space

Sous Chef

Pay Rate: $30/hour

Sous chefs are the match that lights the flame. Our sous will work on the day of the event to assist Chef Devin Epps in the final preparation of menu items and food service. It is important to have a high standard of quality, great culinary knowledge, and a working sense of urgency.

Tasks will include:

  • Transporting food from commissary to event space

  • Working live carving stations

  • Using pre-prepped ingredients to cook and finish dishes to a high standard

  • Cleaning the event kitchen space
