Throughout the episode Elena and Devin will share stories, give advice, and overall discuss their experiences with getting on their feet in this city.

Show ITINERARY
Part 1: Introduction
Devin will open up the show with small pleasantries to the audience and the introduction of our guest, Elena!
Part 2: Catch Up
A quick 5 - 10 minute chat about current events, feelings, successes, struggles, and just catching up on life
Part 3: Topic Discussion (1st Half)
We will then jump into the main discussion. This can casually break off into multiple directions
Part 4: So Now I’ve tried… !
In the middle of the discussion we will take an intermission to try a classic Mexican dish … Pambazo!
Pambazo is a Mexican “wet sandwich”. Don’t get grossed out! This dish is from Williamsburg’s fan favorite La Superior. A Loaf of grilled Mexican Talera (white bread) is first stuffed with house made chorizo potato mixture, hearts of romaine, Mexican cream, crumbled cotija cheese, and house made pickled jalapeños!
We will then review and give our thoughts on the beloved dish and move forward with the other half of the conversation
Part 5: Topic Discussion (2nd Half)
Same format as the first half, only expounding on our initial thoughts or bringing new/unsaid thoughts to the table
Part 6: Wrap
Winding down the conversation with thank yous, takeaways, where the audience can find you online, etc.!
